This PR updates the express dependency in Express Generator from 4.17.1 to 4.22.1.
No functional changes are introduced. This update mainly addresses bug fixes and security improvements in Express and its internal dependencies.
After this update, running
npm installreduces reported vulnerabilities:Before: 14 vulnerabilities (6 low, 5 high, 3 critical)
After: 5 vulnerabilities (1 low, 1 high, 3 critical)
Generated apps remain fully functional.
